Cancellation Policy

1.已购课程无使用时限，本年雪季用不完可延至下一年。 2.每堂团课人数最低2人最多4人，学校统一安排，人数不足将提前2天通知并改期。 3.课程需提前预约。如需取消，开课前72小时可免费取消，48-72小时取消可退50% Credit，开课前48小时内不可退改，不退Credit。 4.最终解释权 归Borderline滑雪学校所有。 1. Purchased courses have no time limit for use; if not used within the current ski season, they can be extended to the following year. 2. Early bird prices are special offers. After purchase, they are non-refundable but transferable to others. 3. Each group lesson requires a minimum of 2 participants and a maximum of 6, arranged by the school. If the minimum number is not met, participants will be notified 2 days in advance, and the session will be rescheduled. 4. Course reservations are required in advance. Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the start of the course are free of charge. Cancellations made 48–72 hours in advance will result in a 50% credit refund. No cancellations, changes, or credit refunds are allowed within 48 hours of the course start time. 5. The final interpretation rights belong to Borderline Ski School.
