Booking & Refunds：
- All bookings are final. No refunds are allowed after purchase.
Rescheduling：
- One-time rescheduling is allowed with at least 4 days’ notice. Please contact customer service to arrange.
Extreme Weather：
- In the event of extreme weather (e.g., heavy rain or strong winds), Borderline Camp will proactively reach out to reschedule.
Camp Hours：
- Camp hours are from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Please plan your arrival and departure accordingly.
Meal Packages：
- Meal-inclusive and non-meal packages cannot be changed or upgraded on-site. Please confirm your selection when booking.
Deposit & Damages：
- A $200 CAD deposit is required upon check-in. If no damages occur, it will be refunded within 2–7 business days via the original payment method.
Alcohol & Prohibited Items：
- Outside alcoholic beverages are not allowed. No fires, fireworks, or hazardous activities outside designated areas.
Right of Interpretation：
- Borderline Camp reserves the right of final interpretation for all content and policies.
Health & Safety：
- Guests participate at their own risk. Borderline Camp is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or illnesses incurred during the stay. Guests are encouraged to follow all safety instructions.
Children & Minors：
- Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.
Personal Belongings：
- Guests are responsible for their own personal items. Borderline Camp is not liable for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
Pets：
- Pets are allowed and may be unleashed only in the designated playing zone. Owners are responsible for the behavior of their pets, any damages caused, and cleanup.
Emergencies：
- In case of emergencies (fire, medical, or natural events), guests must follow instructions from camp staff. Borderline Camp is not liable for evacuation delays caused by circumstances beyond control.
Photography & Media：
- By participating, guests consent to Borderline Camp using photos or videos taken during their stay for promotional purposes.
Insurance Recommendation：
- Guests are encouraged to carry personal travel or health insurance for the duration of their stay.
