Cancellation Policy

在活动开始的五天内不可以取消，距离活动五天以上可以免费取消。 A 100% cancellation fee needs to be collected if the cancellation is within 5 day of the event start time. 【Camping Regulations and Terms】 1. Once confirmed, all reservations are non-refundable. 2. We allow unconditional rescheduling, provided you notify customer service at least four days in advance. 3. In case of extreme weather (such as heavy rain or typhoon), we will notify customers at least two days in advance to reschedule. If no notification is received, we will proceed as planned. 4. Standard entry time is 2 PM; for early entry, contact our service staff beforehand. The campsite closes at 10 PM. 5. A CAD$400 deposit is required at check-in. If no equipment damage is confirmed, we will refund the deposit in full the next day. 6. Please wear slippers before entering the rest area tents. A cleaning fee of $100 will be charged for any dirt caused. 7. We do not accept last-minute additions to the number of people. To increase the number, notify customer service at least 24 hours in advance. 8. Full compensation is required for any damages to the property. 9. Guests must sort their trash to protect the environment, a responsibility shared by everyone. 【Pet-Related Guidelines】 1. Guests must clean up after their pets. 2. Please ensure that pets are securely leashed and properly supervised within the campsite. 3. Pets are not allowed inside the tents. 4. The campsite will provide tethering stakes and pet bowls free of charge. 5. Each participant is allowed to bring only one animal companion. 【Guidelines for Bringing Children】 1. Every two adults may bring one child under 10 for free (meal not included). 2. Additional meals for children can be purchased at the campsite. 3. Parents or guardians should closely monitor children to ensure they stay away from fire pits and tent ropes for safety.
