2 / Are Day Camp and Night Camp the same price?
No, Day Camp and Night Camp have different prices. Each campsite can accommodate more Day Campers (lower price per person), and Day Campers can enjoy a 10% discount using the code "daycamp".
3 / What does the booking price include?
The booking price includes tents, flysheets, tables, chairs, equipment, and campsite entertainment. We also provide dining and food supplies at an additional cost. Contact customer service to reserve dining options. We will collect a $300 cleaning/equipment deposit upon check-in, which will be refunded if the campsite is left clean and equipment undamaged.
4 / Is every tent equipped with a flysheet?
Yes, except for the central tent that comes with two flysheets, each campsite has one flysheet. Typically, it accommodates 10 people.
5 / How can I see how many guests a campsite can accommodate?
Each campsite's title indicates the number of beds and how many people it can accommodate during the day/night. If you have a larger group, please book multiple tents.
6 / Is there a time limit for Free Cancellation?
We offer unconditional refunds if you contact customer service at least one week before the check-in date. We offer unconditional rescheduling if you contact customer service at least three days before the check-in date. In case of extreme weather conditions (such as heavy rain, strong winds), we will notify you two days in advance and accept refunds.
7 / What are the check-in and check-out times?
Both Day and Night Camp check-in times are between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Day Camp check-out is at 10:00 PM on the same day, with additional charges for check-out after 10:00 PM. Night Camp check-out is before 11:00 AM the next day.
8 / Are there showers and toilets available?
The campsite is equipped with two flush toilets and two 24-hour hot water showers.
9 / What does the campsite convenience store sell?
Snacks, instant noodles, self-heating rice, water, beverages, estate-produced red wine, estate-produced fruit juice, personal hygiene items, and accommodation supplies.
10 / Do you provide dining options?
We offer barbecue, hot pot, cold dishes, braised dishes, beverages, alcoholic drinks, and more. Prices are more favorable than outside vendors. Please contact customer service to make a reservation.
11 / I get a "Session Expired" message when booking. What should I do?
Clear your recent browsing history and cookies and try again. If the issue persists, please contact customer service.
12 / Are there additional discounts available?
If you're booking for more than 20 people simultaneously, please contact customer service, and we'll provide an appropriate discount.

No, you don't need to. Weekend campsite fees already include weekend activity costs.

Certainly. Extra guests are welcome with an additional fee of $30 per person upon check-in.

16 / Why do prices vary based on the number of people?
Prices remain the same for up to 2 people in each campsite. For 2 or more people, there's an additional $30 charge per person. We provide equipment for all campers, and the more people there are, the more we provide, hence the higher price.
17 / Can I bring children? Can I bring pets?
Absolutely. Our campsite has many facilities for children to play. We also provide dog-friendly amenities, such as tethering posts, water bowls, and small treats.
18 / What nearby attractions are there?
There are many interesting places near the campsite, such as lavender gardens, ranches, strawberry farms, horse riding centers, mushroom farms, golf training courses, golf courses, mountain biking, hiking trails, and even a casino.
