Booking & Payment
Lessons are subject to instructor, schedule and mountain availability. Full payment is required to confirm your reservation. Prices do not include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Rescheduling & Cancellations
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled lesson. Late cancellations, no-shows or arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in the lesson being considered used.

Lesson Schedule & Attendance
Please arrive on time and be ready to begin at the scheduled lesson time. Group programs follow the published course schedule, and class dates or times may be adjusted when necessary due to enrollment, instructor availability or mountain operations.

Safety & Mountain Conditions
Lesson content and terrain are selected based on student ability, weather, snow conditions and mountain operations. For safety reasons, instructors may adjust the lesson plan, terrain or schedule when conditions require.
